WHY CHOOSE THIS PROGRAMME?
If you are interested in natural sciences, botany and zoology, care about the environment and see the need for rational agricultural production methods, this is the right choice for you! You will acquire knowledge in the following areas: forestry, agriculture, environmental protection and ecology. You will learn about basic plant diseases, and become familiar with botany, dendrology, forest zoology and meadow science. You will know the challenges of forestry transport, how to establish and maintain forest nurseries and recreational use of the forest.
With such a broad natural knowledge, as well as knowledge of administrative structures and practical skills in forest land management, you can:
- work in the administration of the State Forests, national and landscape parks, all companies related to forestry and agricultural activities and scientific research institutions,
- produce expert reports and environmental reports,
- become an advisor on innovation in the agroforestry sector, scientific and research establishments,
- you will also find employment as a staff member in forestry and environmental publishing houses.
